I struggled with getting in shape and diet. I came to the gym but didn't really push myself, I just went there to say I had gone.I wasn't sure what I wanted in terms of look, but I talked to Cris and we found the best course of action.I was worried about keeping the diet but with Cris's support and his interest in how it was going I managed to stay on track!

I was struggling to lose the weight I had gained because of thyroid problem. I had a lot of doubt that I could achieve any weight loss. Cris really made me disciplined and gave me the right motivation to change my food habits and he pushed me to be better, I lost 10 kg and gained happiness.
